3. Appraisal method
It is divided into theoretical knowledge examination and skill operation assessment, among which theoretical knowledge The examination adopts a closed-book examination which can operate the assessment content structure into explanation, demonstration and organization. The theoretical knowledge examination and skill operation assessment both adopt a hundred-point system. Those who achieve a score or above in both (exams) assessments are qualified.
